Photo Card Creations Terms and Conditions

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase AGREES that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions listed below.

Proof:  NO CHARGE! Two (2) proofs per order. Photo card orders will receive one proof at no charge! The proof is an exact image of what your photo card will look like; However, if you have chosen the option of including a white border around your photo card, that white border will not appear on your sample proof but will print on your photo card. You will receive your proof within three (3) business days via email. If you would rather receive your proof via fax, please make certain to include in your notes that you would like to receive your proof via fax along with your fax number. This approval of the proof process is required and there is no additional charge for this service. Your order will not be printed until we receive your signature on the approved proof. When you have approved your order and sent your authorization to process this order either via email or fax and you "DO NOT" receive a confirmation email within one (1) business day, please contact us immediately to confirm that we received your approval. We are not responsible for orders not processed because we did not receive your approval.

Font Selection, Wording & Pictures:  The size of the font will be adjusted according to the space available on the card you have selected and the amount of wording you have requested.  Unless mentioned at the time of the order, we will use our artistic judgment in the font size, boldness, spacing, centering, line layout, capitalization, arrangement or punctuation used on the printing of your card. You have the option of changing the font before you approve your proof - we do not recommend changing the font from the original sample in the gallery.   Adding your picture(s) & the picture placement:  Please feel free to add more than one (1) picture to your photo card.  Depending on the number of pictures you have chosen to insert, the photo card design will change from the original design.  Even when inserting one photo into the photo card the size will not be exactly the same as the original due to the resizing and making the picture look natural and beautiful  when placing it into the photo card. 

Photo Release:  Photos taken by a professional photographer require a Photo Release Form. If you do not provide us with a Photo Release Form then you are confirming that you or someone other than a photographer took the pictures that you are including in your photo card. If you have a studio image, for examples: school portraits, sports photos, cruise portraits, etc.) that does not indicate who created the pictures/portraits/work and you are not aware who created the work you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer. Copyright Indemnification: Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Photo Card Creations by Terri for any and all costs, expenses that may or may have occurred, attorney's fees and/or judgments resulting from claims or lawsuit made against Photo Card Creations by Terri for any reasons claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity

International Shipping:  Please note there is an additional shipping fee for international shipping - please contact us to find out an approximate shipping fee. All of our international orders are shipped USPS Global Priority mail or Global Express mail shipping. Global Priority is an ESTIMATED 7-10 day delivery but may take 4 weeks to arrive and cannot be tracked or insured. Global Express is an ESTIMATED 3-5 day delivery and does include a tracking number and can be insured. It may require a signature upon delivery. Photo Card Creations by Terri cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or misrouted international mail. ALSO, Custom duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient, even if the item is being shipped to someone other than the purchaser. Photo Card Creations by Terri is required by Federal law to fill out a Customs Declaration with ALL International packages we ship. We will not declare shipments as "GIFTS" or declare the value below the purchased price. We will not be held responsible for items not delivered due to failure of the recipient to pay the necessary duties and taxes. Please contact us with any questions BEFORE you place an international order.

Return Policy:  Please take the time to carefully proofread the proof we e-mail you. Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. If the photo card you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, (not an error that was approved by you via your proof) we will happily replace your order at no charge -your order will be reprinted and shipped out within 2 business days. Your replacement order will be shipped to you using the same method as your original order. ( i.e.: US Priority mail is how we usually ship, then the reprint will be shipped by US Priority mail as well). You can upgrade the shipping at an additional fee if you need this item rushed. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your proof. If the product you receive has a printing error that was not caught when you approved your proof, we offer a 20% discount on any order that needs to be reprinted; however, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in the amount of $5.00 on the reprint order. No refunds will be given on orders once they are printed and/or shipped. *** Other than stated here, there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.

Privacy Policy:  Your privacy is very important to us! Photo Card Creations by Terri is committed to protecting your privacy and to protecting the confidential nature of all information we collect from our customers. It is necessary for us to collect personal information in order to process and ship your order. The information you provide to us is kept confidential and is used only to create your order, process and fill your order, and ship your order to you. We absolutely DO NOT provide or sell your information to any outside agency, person, or company for any reason! Our website is encrypted using the highest possible technology and is processed through a secured server. All personal information and credit card information is kept absolutely confidential and is used strictly to process your order.
